The idea for this quilt came about through a project I started many years ago when my nieces, Lexi, Mady and Claire were little. I did a lot of sewing for them when they were children and I decided to save scraps from each of the projects. I used those scraps when they became teenagers to make quilts for each of them.  This is the patttern that I designed to use for Claire’s quilt.

This pattern is designed to use up your scraps, therefore no specific yardage is given. You can use the same fabrics for placement in the blocks as I did, or you can use all one color for each placement. The choice is yours, just have fun with it.
